This option is for our Late School Orders Only. You will not need to mail in order form as long as you fill out all necessary information. Your order may be picked up at our studio (103 McLemore Road, Clayton, NC) or it may be mailed to you.

- their name and image numbers
- what sizes and quantity.
- Shipped or pickup at studio
